Selection Process
Award Nominations
Submit your nomination through the online nomination form by selecting the relevant award category and uploading the required preliminary documents.
Eligibility Screening
All nominations undergo an eligibility review against the published award criteria. Eligible applicants are invited to proceed to the Detailed Application stage. Applicants not shortlisted after this stage receive a 100% refund of the Nomination Processing Fee, in accordance with the award policy.
Detailed Application
Shortlisted applicants submit a comprehensive application covering programme design, implementation approach, innovation, measurable impact, sustainability, governance, and supporting evidence for jury evaluation.
Due Diligence & Validation
The organising team may seek additional information, conduct clarification calls, or undertake verification and site visits (where required) to validate the submitted information.
Jury Evaluation & Interaction
An independent jury evaluates all eligible applications against the published evaluation criteria. Shortlisted applicants may also be invited to present their initiatives and participate in an interaction with the jury to provide additional insights and respond to questions.
Winner Finalisation
Based on the evaluation scores, supporting evidence, and jury deliberations, winners are finalised across all award categories.
